Should you need an item within a specific time frame , please contact us at (734) 403-1656 or view our online contact page and we will advise you of the anticipated delivery date for your merchandise.
Your Credit Card will be charged to 4theperfectsmile.com when we receive the order to start the order process.
We use UPS for all orders and do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Information
Orders will be shipped when the merchandise is ready. Typically you will receive your order in 5 – 7 business days using standard ground service.
If your items are not in stock, we will contact you by email/phone to advise you of the expected ship date.
Merchandise that is in stock will generally ship within 2 business days after you order has been received.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping by E-mail only. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing refunds.
Damaged in Shipping
If your product was received damaged, please call us or email us and be sure to include your invoice number and we will ship out replacement products for you.
Refunds and Replacement
You can request a refund or replacement within 90 days of original purchase date. To do so, return the unused portion of your Perfect Smile product to us at the address above. Be sure to package the product appropriately to prevent leakage. Also, include a note in the box with information about the challenges you experienced with the product, when you purchased it (including a copy of your invoice or the invoice number if available) and the address to which we should send the replacement or refund along with your email address, phone number and the best time to reach you should we have any questions. Replacements will be made with like product or reasonable substitute. Refunds will be processed at the original purchase price of the product but will not include any shipping charges paid. Allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing.
